Sean Willerford

Operations Leader in Climate, Electrification & Regenerative Ag | Process, Systems & Financial Rigor

Sean has spent his career where climate, operations, and the trades meet. Most recently he was Director of Supply Chain and Logistics at Elephant Energy, a home electrification company in Colorado. He built the operational backend that made installs happen: getting the right equipment to the right job site on time, processing the rebates, and building the internal tools that kept it all moving as the company grew.

Earlier, at SparkFund, he developed pricing, underwriting, and CRM systems for energy efficiency financing. He also co-owned Scuttleship Farm, a regenerative, grass fed livestock operation he scaled from 5 to more than 300 animals. Sean holds a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College. He lives in Denver.
