Grisel Gray is the director of preconstruction at STACK Infrastructure.
Grisel began her career in construction in 2013 after earning her degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska. In 2020, she completed her master’s degree and is now pursuing a PhD, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
Raised by a single father who instilled in her the value of hard work and the belief that being different meant being great, Grisel has built her career with resilience and determination. Over the years, she has developed into a skilled and passionate leader, dedicated not only to her teams and projects but also to fostering meaningful relationships across the industry.

She has supported numerous organizations throughout the Denver market and has been instrumental in launching programs that uplift and serve underrepresented communities.
