Julian Sisneros, Vice President

Director of Surveying and Mapping, HCL Engineering and Surveying

Julian Sisneros is a Professional Licensed Surveyor (PLS) and currently serves as President of HCL Engineering and Surveying. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying and Mapping from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Julian brings over two decades of experience in the industry. As a leader, he is recognized for his strong management skills and ability to guide complex projects to successful completion. His expertise in surveying and mapping is complemented by his commitment to fostering teamwork and operational excellence.

In addition to his professional role, Julian is a dedicated member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado – Central Chapter and has previously served on the board of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado, where he helped promote opportunities for minority contractors. Outside of work, Julian enjoys spending time with his family, and pursuing outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping. He is also an avid supporter of Denver’s professional sports teams.
