Roxana Toledo serves as Project Manager and VP at WE Solutions, a women-owned and managed Renovation business. She oversees strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and ensures every project reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. She plays a key role in scaling WE Solutions while fostering long-term relationships built on diversity, inclusion and ethical leadership.
Originally from Honduras, Roxana moved to Colorado in 2016 to pursue a master’s degree in organizational management. In 2018, she joined WE Solutions and has since dedicated herself to the company’s expansion and long-term success. Her previous experience includes consulting and corporate roles focused on change management, organizational psychology, and leadership development across multiple industries. She brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every initiative she leads.
Beyond her work at WE Solutions, Roxana helps low-income kids access education in Honduras through Alumni-Asebea. She is also an active youth mentor with SOY Denver. Roxana enjoys writing, dancing, modeling, traveling and hosting friends in her home. She is fascinated by creativity and considers herself a professional dreamer and a lifelong learner.
