Gilmore Construction

Taylor began her career in construction in 2018 and has experience spanning field operations, preconstruction, procurement, and risk management. She currently works at Gilmore Construction, where she brings both field and office perspectives to project planning and delivery.

She is passionate about making industry knowledge more accessible, sharing lessons learned, and helping growing subcontractors navigate the complexities of the construction industry. Through her involvement with Contractor Academy, Taylor looks forward to promoting knowledge sharing, supporting subcontractor development, and fostering a stronger construction community.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
