DESCRIPTION:This course is designed for employees beginning their management careers and those considering a transition into managerial responsibilities. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants. By the end of this 8-hour training\, you will be able to: Describe the purpose of market analysis in a construction business.Compare various delivery methods commonly found in the construction industry.Explore key considerations of marketing a business in the construction industry.Explain the sales cycle in the context of the construction industry.Summarize how bids and proposals are managed in the construction industry.Part 2 of this course is August 29 from 3-7 pm. This is one of a series of courses presented through a Colorado Skill Advance Grant submitted by the NoCo Construction Partnership\, City of Fort Collins and City of Loveland. John has 30 years of experience leading teams as a project manager\, sales manager\, Global Product Manager\, International General Manager\, International Field Engineer and US Navy Nuclear Submariner.
