How To Read Contracts (Spanish)

Course Description:
This course focuses on contracts in construction and will teach participants how to understand contract and subcontract language and requirements. Participants will learn to read and negotiate a contract and subcontract. Additional topics covered include billing and reporting requirements as well as specific forms included within documents.
This class will be held in Spanish. Attend in person at the HCC office or virtually on Zoom!

Refugio is a proud native of Colorado. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Denver, where he was on the Dean’s List and served as President of the Pre-Law Society. He received his Juris Doctorate from American University in Washington D.C., where he was a Marshall Brennan Fellow.
