DESCRIPTION:This course is designed for employees beginning their management careers and those considering a transition into managerial responsibilities. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants. By the end of this 8-hour training\, you will be able to: Explain the function of job descriptionsDetermine tactics for identifying and building future talent by focusing on training\, mentoring\, leadership skills\, and relationship buildingExamine the use of performance review processes to develop employee accountabilityDescribe strategies used to resolve conflict in the workplaceReflect on your personal accountability in effectively hiring and retaining employees.Part II of this course is Thursday\, May 8 from 3 – 7 pm. 								\n				\n				\n				\n									This course will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office.
