DESCRIPTION:This course is designed for employees beginning their management careers and those considering a transition into managerial responsibilities. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants. By the end of this 8-hour training\, you will be able to: Describe the basics of contract languageRecall key considerations of subcontractsDiscuss how to negotiate a subcontractIdentify tactics to ensure effective communication of contract details								\n				\n				\n				\n									This is a two-part course. Part 2 will be held on Thursday\, November 14 from 3:00 – 7:00 pm. 								\n				\n				\n				\n									This course will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office.
