DESCRIPTION:This course is designed for management employees interested in learning ways to strategically manage project costs. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants. By the end of this 8-hour training\, you will be able to: Consider key factors for accurate estimating and biddingDefine ways to assess and manage riskIncorporate certified payroll considerationsMake appropriate cost considerations for contracts and design documentsAssess how application for payment\, schedule of value\, and change orders impact the financial viability of a projectSummarize contractors’ rights with respect to lien waiversUse business planning and scheduling strategies to develop a business forecast								\n				\n				\n				\n									This is a two-part course. Part 2 will be held on Thursday\, September 19 from 3:00 – 7:00 pm. 								\n				\n				\n				\n									This course will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office.
