DESCRIPTION:Course Description:This course will cover the foundational skills needed to read construction drawings and specifications with an emphasis on finding trade-specific information while increasing the overall understanding of the project. Taught by Sean Mendez\, Adolfson & Peterson Construction \n\nSean Mendez is a project manager with Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP). A trim carpenter by trade\, he has worked in the construction industry for 40 years—30 years in residential\, and the last 10 years on the commercial side. Mendez has a B.A. in human performance of sports medicine from MSU Denver. For the past eight years\, Mendez has been a committee member and instructor for HCC Contractor Academy’s education committee.
