This course is designed for employees beginning their management careers and those considering a transition into managerial responsibilities. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants.

- Compare various delivery methods commonly found in the construction industry.
- Explore key considerations of marketing a business in the construction industry.
- Explain the sales cycle in the context of the construction industry.
- Summarize how bids and proposals are managed in the construction industry.

This is one of a series of courses presented through a Colorado Skill Advance Grant submitted by the NoCo Construction Partnership, City of Fort Collins and City of Loveland.
