Tanya Davis is an advocate for small businesses and a servant leader who has worked in the government for over 10 years. She has worked in the private sector as an auditor helping fortune 500 companies, which include industries such as oil and gas, asset management, and health insurance, to streamline processes and implement change at all levels of the company. Tanya’s passion is motivating people to implement change in systems, processes, and self. Under her leadership at Denver Human Services, she led a team from being a distressed assistance program to being a model program where other counties came to train. During her time at the Colorado Department of Transportation, the program she helped streamline was recognized nationally for its process improvements.
Tanya loves serving her community and helping small businesses to plan strategically by reviewing processes and implementing change.
