This course is tailored for contractors looking to optimize their business operations for greater efficiency and profitability. Participants will explore essential tools and strategies for improving processes, leadership, and overall business performance. The course covers key areas such as personal and business optimization, leadership development, strategy, operations, finance, sales, and customer service, with a focus on practical application.

Course Goals:

This course equips contractors with the knowledge and tools needed to streamline their business operations, improve leadership, and develop long-term strategies for sustained success. By the end of the course, participants will have an actionable plan to drive business optimization and growth.

Part II of this course is Thursday, April 17 from 3 – 7 pm.

This course will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office. Zoom link will be provided prior to class start date.
