Permitting and Licensing in Northern Colorado

This course is designed for management employees interested in learning ways to strategically manage project costs. This engaging and supportive learning experience is guided by the knowledge and experiences of you and your fellow participants. By the end of this 4-hour training, you will be able to:

  • Describe roles and responsibilities of all participants,
  • Examine knowledge and intent,
  • Examine Colorado state law pertaining to Licensing and Permitting,
  • Examine Customer Service issues.

This is one of a series of courses presented through a Colorado Skill Advance Grant submitted by the NoCo Construction Partnership, City of Fort Collins and City of Loveland. All courses will be taught by an experienced instructor through Live Remote – so you can attend in the comfort of your home or office.

With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Shar has a wealth of knowledge in navigating the licensing and permitting process with the City of Fort Collins. Her experience comes from working with a small local home builder, running a family-owned construction business, and working various positions with a large Engineering firm, in the field and main office.
